Google Allows to Delete Last 15 Minutes of Search History; Here's How

Google has been trying really hard to pushing more control for personal data in users' hands and in an attempt to do so, Google has now added the option to delete the last 15 minutes of search history in one tap. The company has also going for the Android App Bundle(AAB) instead of APKs to boost the users' experience. Here's how you can utilize the feature to gain more control of your saved search history.

How to delete Last Minute of Google Search History 

According to Google, the new feature to clear search history for the last 15 minutes is limited to the Google app for iOS at this moment. However, the company has promised to bring this nifty feature to Google Android app later this year. This feature seems to be witnessed after the release of stable Android 12. 

Well, if you got an iPhone, here's how you can level up your privacy shield by erasing the last 15 minutes of Google Search history.

1. Using the new delete option is fairly straightforward. Open the Google app for iOS and tap on your profile picture at the top right corner.

2. When the pop-up appears, tap on "Delete last 15 min" and that's it. The app will now clear whatever you have searched in the last 15  minutes from your Google history.

Apart from this, Google has added an extra layer of verification while accessing the My Activity page. You should now provide additional information, like your password or two-factor authentication code to access your entire search history. This sweet feature will come very handy if you share or hand over your phone or PC with others every now and then.
